Travel films

6

Travel films shot solo, from scouting to final edit, across a dozen countries. Iceland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and the national parks of the American West: handheld camera, drone wherever local rules allow, and an edit built as a story rather than a run of pretty shots.

Aftermovies

6

The aftermovie is the format that brings an event back to those who were there and makes those who missed it wish they had come. Regattas, freshers' weekends, campaign weeks: pace beats completeness, and three to five well-cut minutes beat fifteen exhaustive ones nobody finishes.

Documentary

3

A three-part documentary on student election campaigns, filmed over eight months from twenty-five interviews and screened in cinemas. It is the longest project I have led: writing, long-form filming, editing and a public release.

Corporate

1

Company films, product videos and filmed talks. The work starts before the camera: framing the message and the audience, because a two-minute film carries one idea, not five.

Interviews

11

Filmed interviews and portraits, in companies and institutions alike, from the French National Assembly to Campus Cyber. Controlled lighting, careful sound, and an edit that keeps the point and cuts the rest: a good interview is judged on what stays with you, not on its length.

Shows & live

3

Live coverage and multi-camera show production: public speaking finals, discussion panels, broadcast events. Live is unforgiving, everything is decided in the preparation and in where the cameras stand.

Clips & short films

5

Short formats and short films: filmed choreographies, tightly constrained commissions, exercises in style. This is the ground where things get tested, and where you learn what later serves on client shoots.

Frequently asked questions about video

How long does it take to deliver a film?

The timeline is agreed when the quote is drawn up and depends on the format: a three-minute aftermovie and a forty-minute documentary do not carry the same post-production. It is written into the proposal in black and white, with no surprises later.

Which formats are delivered?

The main film, edited and colour graded, in a format suited to how it will be shown. Short vertical formats for social media come from the same shoot when they are included in the quote: they are edited for that medium, not hastily cropped extracts.

Do you film with one camera or several?

It depends on the project. An interview benefits from two cameras so it can be cut without a jump. A live show needs a multi-camera setup. A travel film is shot solo. The setup is settled at the scoping stage, not improvised on the day.

Can I show the film wherever I want?

Distribution rights are set out in the quote, according to the intended use: internal screening, social media, paid advertising and television are not equivalent. Tell me where the film needs to live and it goes into the proposal.

Why are some videos hosted on other channels?

Because the film belongs to the client, who publishes it on their own channel. The videos hosted by ISEP Live, ISEP Alumni or a brand channel were filmed and edited by me, but published by whoever commissioned them.
